I specialize in helping residential property home and condo owners in fifteen (15) Texas Counties, save money on their residential property taxes.
The way for you to save money is to hire the professionals at Rob Wheelock Appeal & Protest Services to do the work for you, this year, and each year going forward. If we represent you, we take the case on a “contingency” basis. We do not charge any upfront fees. You really have nothing to lose. Together we will gather evidence, prepare our case, and use our skills to get you the lowest valuation possible thru discussions and negotiations with your local county appraisers. If necessary we follow through the process by working with the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) using our skills to get your value set as fairly as possible. There are no upfront fees; we only make money when we save you money. If we save you money, we get a percentage of the first year’s savings. So you see, we’re all about “Saving Your Money”. While other companies charge a flat fee whether they generate savings or not, we wanted to be more competitive and are offering our very knowledgeable expertise at a rate of 40% of the tax dollar savings in the following Counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant. We service several counties around Houston and San Antonio. Our fee for the those counties is 50% of the tax dollar savings and include: Bexar, Brazoria, Comal, Fort Bend, Galveston, Guadalupe, Harris, Kendall, and Montgomery counties. As always, No Savings = No Fee, ZERO. We also cap our fee at $4000. If we save you more than $10,000 in taxes you only pay $4,000. Not a bad trade. See below for a complete list of our contingency fees by county.
In those rare cases where we still don’t achieve the reduction we think is fair, together we will discuss the option of filing for Binding Arbitration. I’ve served the Texas Comptroller as an Arbitrator since 2005 and have been assigned over 200 cases. In Arbitration the Arbitrator rules on the evidence provided by the Appraisal District and the Property Owner or their agent. My rulings were final and binding. I know how it works! If together, we agree to go to Binding Arbitration we do require that the property owner pay the filing fee which is nonrefundable. We only file for Binding Arbitration in cases where we feel confident that we can save you more than the cost of the filing fee.
